Appointments and Cancellations:

Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service suspension.
We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of weather, staff illness, or emergencies.
Pricing and Payments

Scope of Service & Limitations
Our services include, but are not limited to:

We do not:
Move heavy furniture or large appliances
Clean biohazardous material or mold
Provide exterior cleaning (e.g., roofs, gutters)
If your home has pets, clutter, excessive dirt, or special conditions, please let us know in advance.
Post-Construction and Move-Out Cleaning
For post-construction or move-out jobs, the property must be accessible, free of active construction, and cleared of bulky debris. Additional charges may apply for extra dust, debris, or hard-to-reach areas.
Damages & Liability
We are insured and take great care in your home or office. In the rare event of damage:
Report any damage within 48 hours of service
We reserve the right to inspect and verify damage before repair or reimbursement
Sun Life Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing conditions, unstable items, or surfaces damaged by standard cleaning methods
Access & Entry
Clients are responsible for ensuring we have access to the property. Missed appointments due to denied entry may result in a fee.
We offer keyless entry options or secure key storage with client permission.
Safety & Environment
For health and safety:
Our team will not enter homes with aggressive animals, open drug use, or unsafe conditions
We use eco-friendly and non-toxic products unless otherwise requested

Promotional Offers & Referrals
