Our cleaners work across Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Scottsdale, usually as part of a small, consistent team assigned to the same clients over time. Routes are built to keep drive time reasonable within a day, and most team members work a consistent set of neighborhoods.

You’ll earn a competitive base hourly rate plus tips and performance bonuses, so your real take-home is higher than the base alone. We also reimburse mileage and pay for drive time and training. Share your details in the application and we’ll talk specifics.
